The lighting illumination in the central bar area needs improvement, as it was difficult to read or see the payment slips.

The hotel is located in a serene environment and is best accessed using a private car. the rooms are spacious and equipped with modern amenities like a large balcony and state, of, the, art fitness center. the breakfast is impressively diverse, with occasional outdoor seating and excellent service. Guests can access a golf course and walk/hike through the mountainous region surrounding the hotel.

Spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel near bamboo sea. The hotel had great complimentary gifts in the room and a Christmas tree in the lobby. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful scenery and hiking trails nearby. The room was luxurious and spacious with comfortable beds, and the staff were very attentive and welcoming.

While the gym was well-equipped, the changing rooms needed to be cleaned more frequently. it was a nice stay, but some areas need improvement.

This hotel provided an exceptional experience. I was amazed by the exclusive amenities offered, such as the luxury Spa & wellness center and the indoor swimming pool. Not to mention the beautiful sun terrace and the bar/lounge area with a fantastic view. the private facilities were so comfortable, and the room advantages exceeded all my expectations. the service was outstanding and attentive to our needs.

Although everything was perfect, I must mention that getting back to our room was a bit confusing. Despite this minor issue, the staff was so courteous and friendly, they even provided us with a map of the hotel.

Enjoyed an incredible New Year’s experience with family. The hotel’s prime location allowed us easy access to popular attractions nearby. The on-site restaurants offered a wide array of delectable dishes to choose from. the hotel’s fitness center was state-of-the-art and helped us stick to our exercise routine even on vacation.

Although the hotel had several positive aspects, there were a couple of downsides during our stay. The breakfast area was small and crowded, which made it difficult for staff to provide prompt service.

Bad the only minor issue was with the parking as there was a fee for the underground parking. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the excellent stay.
